As a new resident to the Wooster area, I transferred my bank account from one branch to another. I became mortified during my first visit to my new bank. One of the employees there was very unprofessional and swearing under her breath at the number of people in line. They only had two tellers and both were rude and inconsiderate not to mention one was visibly eating in front of customers.
