Always great service. They offered my son a drink, food and a balloon today and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend Fernando Remigio with your banking questions.
Went there at 12:30 this past Saturday (2-18-17) and the line and drive through was abnormally long. Wasn't until I went inside that I noticed only 2 tellers covering both inside and out. I applaud them for doing their best but I was waiting for over 20 minutes. This review is towards mgt and their poor scheduling.
I never had a problem with this chase branch. I always use the ATM or the automatic teller because I'm always on a rush. However, I've had to use a teller twice and the experience I had was horrible. I never had a problem with none of the tellers at this location during my pay transactions. A teller named genesis was the one who took me and did not even know how to approach me professionally.
