If I could put 0 stars I would, this locations ATM ate an almost $5000 check and ATM card and didn't have the decency to even have the branch manager meet us and speak to us. The branch condescendingly told us to have a good day. This branch and Chase have done nothing to remedy the situation, and it has been days and nothing has been done. We don't have our money, bank card or anything. I am looking into reporting to the BBB. This has been the most excruciating experience.
