Waited in line at the ATM only to have it crash during the transaction. Several thousand dollars in checks were stuck in the machine, which was now out of order. I was instructed to wait for the machine to reboot, but I still couldn't make my deposit. I was then made to wait in line at the teller, only to be informed that I couldn't be helped and that I was the one who had to call support and file a claim. There may as well not be any employees at this branch. Useless.
if I can put 0 stars I would . I was there at 4.30pm, tried to deposit 20x20bills. Atm has swept 7x20bills. I cancelled the transaction, could not get 20x20. I waited in the queue inside branch. They just gave me a phone no. No operation dept in the branch! Can you imagine? Lost 140$ today! People are not helpful and kicked me off from the branch because they have to close at 5pm! The worst place to visit!
