I’ve never been treated so badly at a bank in my life. The woman who helped me at the Chase in Mount Kisco was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and had zero interest in helping. She talked down to me, refused to let me speak with a manager, and basically told me my problem wasn’t her concern. I was polite and just trying to get help, but she acted like I was a bother. The bankers here are awful, the worst branch I’ve visited. Just go to Chappaqua now that the Bedford location is closing.
