Absolutely incompetent
I just wanted to take a moment to express sincere gratitude for the support and assistance I received while at Chase on Riverdale Ave today. I was assisted by Laura Cáceres. She went above and beyond to assist me after I was given the run around by multiple representatives on the phone. About 6 total. She helped, she advocated and she advised. 6 representatives and a call back later I was approved!
