I went to the bank to withdrawal a decent amount of cash and I didn’t have any issues. No questions to why I was withdrawing the money and that’s how it should be. I’ll update 5 stars once I do more business with them, for now it’s 4
Edit to add: went back today and was lied to yet again. Went to my social security office and they also said it's Chases responsibility to fix this. I'm done. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!! Do NOT trust this institution with your money. I have been with chase bank for 20+ years and I am now at the point where I'm closing my account. This particular location is the main reason.
