Horrible customer service including the management
No wait, efficient tellers. Today's trip was to close my account.
this bank sucks. we had to wait at least 15 minutes at the drive thru. there was only one person working. the people ahead and behind of us had to wait a super long time too. this should not be happening.
People are wonderful here
This place is a joke for a bank. Tellers are very rude and the ATM's are always down and they stay like that for weeks. Parking lot is needs to be fixed especially exiting the place. CHASE you should be ashamed and you wonder why so many locations are closing. No need to go in and complain about the ATM because they just tell you to leave a review and hopefully something will get done. What a joke
