Edit to add: went back today and was lied to yet again. Went to my social security office and they also said it's Chases responsibility to fix this. I'm done. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!! No wait, efficient tellers. Today's trip was to close my account.
this bank sucks. we had to wait at least 15 minutes at the drive thru. there was only one person working. the people ahead and behind of us had to wait a super long time too. this should not be happening.
