Super nice staff and always help full
I went into this branch to transfer money from my savings account to my checking account. I provided my driver’s license, and since they demanded a second form of identification, a credit card. Everything matched the information on the account and the deposit was a preprinted form. Then she wanted to text my cell phone, they do not have the number. Since they do not have it I was informed they could not make the transfer. This is ridiculous. Whatever happened to customer service? They treat their customers like criminals. I ... read more
