I literally hate going to chase and withdraw or deposit money at lockport location !! They treat me like I'm a criminal !!! I will be moving banks !! Need to fire your bank manager
Was treated so rudely at this bank by an older woman at the front with brown hair and curls. When you are in the middle of speaking with a customer and then rudely interrupt an important BANK conversation to have a casual conversation with a customer is absolutely insane. I walked out and will go somewhere else next time.
