strongly recommend triple checking any appointment TWICE! they have scheduling issues even when done via the app. looking on getting a third appointment just to open my daughter an account. questioning if my other money will be staying here...

If you have a problem with your account or in my case, my escrow. DO NOT GO HERE. They could care less about your problem here, won't address it, and just put you on the phone with a Chase 800 number while sitting at their desk. Something I already did and got nowhere with. The reason being why I came to the bank personally. Giving me a sigh... A not wanting to help me from the start was a huge red flag. Rude people that don’t care about your problems. Was waiting for more than an hour and then Yelmara said you can go to other places because we’re booked for Today.
