Today was the second time I tried to get business done at the Lockport Chase branch. I think they need to get the memo that there's a Chase commercial out that advertises how friendly and personal their service is. The first time, I guess their computers were down but I waited about 10 minutes before anyone ever mentioned it even though there was a man running around the lobby like a chicken with his head cut off. They are usually very helpful and quick
strongly recommend triple checking any appointment TWICE! they have scheduling issues even when done via the app. looking on getting a third appointment just to open my daughter an account. questioning if my other money will be staying here...
