Went to the Pearl River Chase location for the first time used the drive-thru with the teller Positive experience no complaints teller was professional and nice would recommend

I cashed a check this am and when I counted the envelope at home I was short $20. I called and they said it must be my mistake. When I said "I have lots of money in Chase. Why would I try to rob you for $20?", I was told "We're not holding your money hostage." No you are not. Great customer service cost you this customer.

Judy Chang was unprofessional. She didn’t follow bank protocol and was rude to my brother when he visited branch the collect his share my mom’s estate. Luckily, we were able to locate another Chase Bank who followed Chase Bank protocols and helped my brother to collect his money.

Branch does not follow NY state banking law section 333 in regard to accessing safe deposit boxes with valid a POA that specifically states it allows the agent to access safe deposit boxes. The box owner is a 91 yo long-time client that has had to relocate out of area for surgery and long-term care for wounds and dementia and cannot travel into the branch.
