I've been a chase customer for 13 years or more. In that time I've met good and bad management. But this branch seem to teeter to the bad. The management was blunt when I went there and looked almost annoyed I had a question 15 minutes before closing. There also is only 1 atm inside off regular hours the one outside doesn't give smaller then 20 bills, you think they fix that by now.
Eric's service level for business customers is amazing. I highly recommend the team here -- they deliver an excellent customer experience every time.

The private client banker Kim McClendon gave information from my personal account to someone not listed on my account and the Manager In this branch was present in the "meeting" No banker should ever access anyone's information without that client present for anyone else and should defiantly not give personal account information out! watch out dishonest and do not honor privacy laws and practices.!
