Greetings from a friendly assistant manager and staff. Friendly efficient service from the tellers
Horrible bank manager. Sounded eastern European and was very unhelpful/rude
WORST BANK AND WORST 'ALLEGED' MANAGER. I never heard of a manager not providing their name, so I do not believe that she was the manager but if she was it does that say much for this branch. Respect to customers were clearly not trained. She was NO HELP AT ALL!!! I will be going to this bank and close out my accounts which are several. I just opened an account with Columbia on Lafayette Avenue- what a difference in attitudes and knowledge.
The Branch Manager was extremely condescending, every time I tried to ask why they couldn’t provide me (the client) a service, she kept interrupting me and repeating my full name incorrectly, as if I were her child. I asked for her name (since she had every bit of my information from my bank acct) and she said “she did not feel comfortable giving her name”, even though she said I could come into the branch to resolve my issue, where I would then meet her in person?
