When we were buying our home, chase bank made it d*** near impossible to close. Andre Herrera was our lending advisor and although the process was Rocky at first, my husband and I are living in our home 4 months later and we are still having a problem with chase. I got a notification while at work. That chase was closing our accounts, the underwriter. Made it such a hassle in questioning every single thing. I give it 0 stars. The lady who took care of me transferred my money into a different account. Now there's an investigation going on to try to find & refund me the money. She said that she is upgrading my freedom card to freedom unlimited and now my credit limit went down by $3,000. $10,000 to $7,000. How is that an upgrade??? I'm very upset.
