I don't understand why this Chase Bank has such a low star rating. This was my first time visiting this location, and the two people I spoke with were absolutely wonderful! I went in to open new business accounts and was assisted by Kenny. He was incredibly informative, accommodating, and kind. He had a great personality and we had a great conversation.
