Today was my first time conducting a transaction at this Chase Bank location, and unfortunately it was a very poor experience. I visited the branch to obtain a bank check. After submitting my withdrawal slip, I unintentionally missed the section that requested the payee’s name, as the instructions were in fine print beneath the line. When reviewing my slip, the teller, Nadine, offensively asked me, “Do you wear glasses?” and “Did you forget your glasses?” in a sarcastic and unpleasant tone. How does Chase not have functioning ATMs. You are a terrible financial institution for the common person in every way besides convenience, and you can't even get that right anymore

Adela was awesome she made my entire experience seamless I wanted to become a member again with Chase after leaving them a few years ago , within a half an hour she opened up my new account went over every service they offered to see which was best for my needs and she even answered my questions and gave me really good insight on credit card services with Chase if you happen to stop at this branch and need assistance ask for Adela!!!
