We’ve only been a customer for a few months and I’m definitely disappointed. It’s the craziest bank I’ve ever seen. There’s 2 teller windows. Which is fine but I was there again yesterday and there’s always a line with only 1 teller window open. Meanwhile there were 6 people on the line. While there were workers everywhere laughing and having fun. Not 1 even thought to come over and try to help any of us. I wasn’t going to complain but after the 3rd time. It’s definitely a zero star location.

I have used Chase for a very long time. I have lost much of my hearing and now banking with Chase is so difficult because of my handicap. I have not updated to the latest iPhone because i am waiting for the iphone 18 to come out. I cannot use the chase mobile app anymore because the iphone OS im using is not supported anymmore as of last week. I cannot use the desktop because it sends a code to the iPhone app which is not supported anymore ( wont even load ). Now I cannot log into to Chase.com period! I have spend hours with... read more

I’ve been with Chase since I was 15. My parents also banked at Chase National, Manhattan, for a long time. I’m a senior now. Add it up, we’re talking about 100 years. That’s a very long time. At this branch, the staff is most helpful, and I appreciate that. They are the best! The Chase app is also the best out there. If you don’t like the atmosphere, go to Citi down the road. You will be back at Chase in a New York minute. Citi is horrible, and so is their app.
