I’ve been with Chase since I was 15. My parents also banked at Chase National, Manhattan, for a long time. I’m a senior now. Add it up, we’re talking about 100 years. That’s a very long time. At this branch, the staff is most helpful, and I appreciate that. They are the best! The Chase app is also the best out there. If you don’t like the atmosphere, go to Citi down the road. You will be back at Chase in a New York minute. Citi is horrible, and so is their app.
The staff here is GREAT!! ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. They deserve raises!!

Avoid Tom Long at all costs. Poor communicator, cocky attitude, and needs training on conflict resolution.
