So bummed to learn this site is closing. It was so convenient for those of us living in Lakeshore East. The staff was excellent. Thanks for 5+ years of quality & convenient service.
Customer service is terrible. And I never see anyone Black working there. Can you say lack of diversity?
Called in and spoke on the phone with Victor regarding some overdraft fees. He immediately got to work and reversed as many charges as he could (informing me of course that it isn’t always going to be the case that I get charges reimbursed-which is totally understandable) At the end of the day, his amount of empathy and willingness to help is very deeply appreciated. Especially with everything going on right now.
This bank no longer even has tellers! I went in for quarters as I've done ever couple weeks for many years to do laundry and they suggested I go ask Mariano's for quarters...a bank told me to go to a grocery store for currency! This is a joke!
