The service at that bank branch is the worst there is. I had to wait more than half an hour to make an international transfer and the cashier was Chinese. Firstly, she doesn't understand Spanish. Secondly, she doesn't know what she had to do. The truth is, I will never return to that horrible place. In the end, I couldn't do anything there. I had to go look for another branch. They should change the staff, please

Worse chase bank location, they don't have enough staff to help you and they will make u wait. Don't expect to get things done on time.

Was told a manager could only help me-so the teller got a manager but when she looked at me she said she wasn’t the manager needed so when asking for the manager needed was then told he wouldn’t be available for 20 mins. This branch reminds me why I don’t want a Chase acct.

I am not a Chase customer and was helping my family member take care of her bank business. On 2 different occasions, we were assisted by Ken Chan, a Customer Representative or whatever their titles are. Ken Chan was extremely Helpful, considerate, accommodating, polite and Profesional. I give Him 5 stars. I gave Chase 4 stars because, we have gone to the Chase Bank and wasted our time waiting for someone to tells us we need to make an appointment to conduct busy other than the services provided by the teller.
