For the past few years every time I need to go to a teller there is at least 5 people in line and the wait is always around 15-20 minutes. There’s no other Chase bank in the area so this is my only option. They need to find a way to speed up the services they are offering.
I’ve to ask to sign up even if they’re Sanding taking tablets just talking among them no response to customer. Rude ….. low quality of service… time around 2:45pm 09/03/2025 managers see the video cameras at that time
The service at that bank branch is the worst there is. I had to wait more than half an hour to make an international transfer and the cashier was Chinese. Firstly, she doesn't understand Spanish. Secondly, she doesn't know what she had to do. The truth is, I will never return to that horrible place. In the end, I couldn't do anything there. I had to go look for another branch. They should change the staff, please
Worse chase bank location, they don't have enough staff to help you and they will make u wait. Don't expect to get things done on time.
