I have called this location for numerous days in arrow attempting to find out about a cash order to be placed and they pick up and hang up the phone. The fact I have to leave work early to just ask a question is insane after the call center told me to call the branch I will be closing my accounts this is so inhuman

This rating is strictly towards Adam who works in advising. I wanted to transfer my IRA accounts from Schwab to Chase. Maskela then took me to Adam who he said was in charge of that department. Adam was very snide even though he knows me. He asked me to log into my account and wanted to see my portfolio I guess for the balance. I showed him the newest one which has the lowest balance. They allow homeless people to harass you in the vestibule when trying to use the ATM.
