Unprofessional, I wouldn't return to this place for any transaction.
This rating is strictly towards Adam who works in advising. I wanted to transfer my IRA accounts from Schwab to Chase. Maskela then took me to Adam who he said was in charge of that department. Adam was very snide even though he knows me. He asked me to log into my account and wanted to see my portfolio I guess for the balance. I showed him the newest one which has the lowest balance. They allow homeless people to harass you in the vestibule when trying to use the ATM.
Today I went to Rockaway park branch of Chase bank where I opened a New account. I would like to compliment Mr....i forget his name, personal banker for exceptional service he provided! He ensured that all my needs were met, answered all my questions with attention to all details. Very professional, great attitude and customer service! Give my daughter's candy Highly appreciated
