☆☆☆☆ Avoid This Chase Branch on Union Turnpike at All Costs I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Chase Bank branch on Union Turnpike was truly awful and deserves to be shared. From the moment I walked in, both bank agents — one male and one female — were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The worst chase I've been too, the workers are rude and everytime I come here I have a problem cashing my check. I haven't had that problem at other chase banks
Very helpful
Brought my mother to open her bank account & the staff was really professional. He made sure my mother understood everything about her account fees & usage. I usually come here to use the ATM & never had a problem. Tellers are usually just standing gossiping loudly. Over all great experience though. Will continue using this branch.
