Horrible neighborhood branch. This morning I had to go to take out money from ATM and my card was not opening in the door to open and security was standing behind and talking to phone . She saw me I told her it’s not works she said she can not open bcz that’s not role I have to wait until 9am and person who works their she enter and she said security should not open door bcz sometime people comes with bed intention but she used rough and tough word. What is role about security I eagerly wants to know

I came into Chase today to make a quick cash withdrawal, and I have to say—the teller on the far right ( Abiola 5 stars for her service ) was amazing. So sweet, fast, and efficient. It was exactly the kind of service that makes banking feel easy. As I was walking out, I remembered I have the day off tomorrow and thought it would be a perfect time to open a new account for my 13-year-old. I received extremely incompetent service from Russel at this branch. I only went in for 2 things, to change my name and my address. First, he carelessly left my ID in the copy machine and forgot to return it, so I had to go back. Then, for weeks I was waiting for my debit card to arrive in the mail only to find out he did not change my address in the system as requested. Till this day I am still having issues due to his poor customer service.
