Avoid this place. They are so slow and useless.
Disappointing experience at this Chase location. During my first visit, my deposit was placed into the wrong account, and I had to return in person to correct the mistake. I got a pen for a sorry. I decided to give them another chance and went back to deposit about $50 in coins. Unfortunately, the teller claimed a single quarter was missing and refused to process the rest.
This review is solely based on my experience / interaction with the bank teller named “(Christine/a)”. Her demeanor is very unprofessional! She lacks customer service skills and needs to be retrained! Just nasty!! This was my first time at this branch location and it was extremely displeasing dealing with her and her negative energy!! I will NOT be back!!
My friends, staff and I have been to this place for many years and that the people there are very friendly and helpful this was because went there for change from big bills to small bills. Also after the people at there were nice and one of the many people that work there is called Bo she would give us things. Also for last year the bank treated the program pizza for lunch.
