Terrible SERVICE. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY and STAFF is VERY INCONSIDERATE. I say this as a new mom learning to handle a newborn. My husband and I had an appointment scheduled to update our bank account and arrived a few minutes late due to baby. They would not take us. I dealt with Courtney and she was very firm about not taking us. She said that they were all booked and that all the other customers there had appointments, which I highly doubt. They had only two representatives helping customers but they scheduled 3 appointments... read more
