Poor customer service . This week a family member was unable to open up a bank account due to staff shortage. She was told to make an appointment. The appointment was made for 5 business days later. Staff having much non work related chit chat in front of customers.

I have never experienced such enept behavior in a banking institution.
Very unprofessional place, I am by the drive service and I am waiting for teller to take the my deposit , while she shares her picture of social media with the coworkers, I don’t have time for that, , don’t they realize there’s windows where customers can see you! Be more profesional and get things done, if you want to use your phone clock out then I won’t say a word, mean time, take care your customers ! Plus the rude tone she has towards customers.
