Manal did a great job! Amazing customer service! Can’t say enough good things about her!
Usually a good experience. Came here today to open a first account for my son as I did with my daughter a few years before. Nice experience for the kids. Was told that we can’t do it in person and that it needs to be done online now. Checked online and it says different. Checked with another branch and they said they could accommodate. Disappointing because they’re the closer branch but I guess it’s over to Oak Lawn I go.
I came here to change my account and a change of address but Manal helped me get that done and helped me get approved for my first credit card! Manal was very sweet, forward, and a unique personality. She also helped answer every question I had and broke down everything I needed to know for my first credit card. Thank you so much Manal !
