This review is not to judge the bank operation as a whole, this is mainly targeting the customer service of one lady who I spoke to today 07/07 around 1pm. I called to ask if I can bring credit card inquiries to them and to open two accounts. Once we reached the point in the conversation where we were discussing making an appointment for me to open the two accounts, the entire conversation was apparently geared around the idea that I wasn’t a citizen when the only personal information discussed thus far was just my name. A little late on the post, but I wanted to give Chase in port jefferson a huge shout out and a big thank you to the branch manger Jennifer. A few weeks back after calling numerous Chase banks in area multiple times during business hours to no avail, her branch picked up the phone first time and was able to help me with my inquiry. She was very professional and even assisted me on how to use the Chase mobil app for future needs. I truly thank you!
