Phenomenal financial advisors and professional bank staff. Renovations look great!
The branch does not answer the phone and the call center said I need to talk to the branch. I guess this is the new norm to not help anyone? Very disapointing. If we don't need human connection we will go to online banks that give better rates.
Gave my stepfather unsolicited investment advice and told him to sell positions and he lost money. We will be filing a finra complaint on the banker.
Went in to cash a Chase Bank check that my mom gave to my wife and I for Christmas. We don’t have an account at Chase Bank but needed the cash that day, otherwise we would have deposited it in our own bank. All three people behind the counter told us we were not allowed to cash the check because it was written out to two people, despite both of us being there with ID in hand.
