I asked for a new credit card which was instantly approved and told them I wanted it sent to my address in New York and three times in a row they’ve sent it to my Colorado address which is my default one but I asked upfront to have the card go to my New York address Very disappointed in Chase
Somehow they manage to never answer their phone calls, don’t even bother
Don’t even bother calling, they never answer their phone regardless of date and time. I went to open a CD account about a month ago, they said it would take 2-3 business days but I still don’t see my account created in my online banking. Won’t be going to this location again anytime soon.
