Went in to cash a Chase Bank check that my mom gave to my wife and I for Christmas. We don’t have an account at Chase Bank but needed the cash that day, otherwise we would have deposited it in our own bank. All three people behind the counter told us we were not allowed to cash the check because it was written out to two people, despite both of us being there with ID in hand. Yeah, the reviews I’m reading check out. Customer service is cold and far from comforting when dealing with account issues. Especially the older woman teller. I’ve been with chase going on 20 years. Never had an issue with customer service till today. I will not be coming back to this location.
Can’t notarize a court document for me because their manager is too busy fixing a machine while 3 people watch her try to fix it while the line was up to the door. Service is terrible, manager smirked when she said she was to busy to notarize my single page document
Walked in at closing and Kayshik went above and beyond to resolve my banking problems!
I asked for a new credit card which was instantly approved and told them I wanted it sent to my address in New York and three times in a row they’ve sent it to my Colorado address which is my default one but I asked upfront to have the card go to my New York address Very disappointed in Chase
