I’ve banked at this location many times, all employees are pleasant, but I must comment on the OUTSTANDING professionalism and patience of Lane W! Thank you Chase:)
I understand employees change. But I left non-urgent messages for my advisor starting one week ago and no response. Just called and was told she gone and someone was taking her calls. I said that wasn’t true as I just got her voicemail again, saying she was busy. Phone-answerer didn’t believe me! Will no longer use their advisors.
After 37 years with our previous bank we decided to switch to Chase. We chose this branch in Palmer Ranch and are so glad we did. The assistant manager met us when we came in to learn about Chase and took the time to learn about our banking needs. Rachel, our banker, has done a phenomenal job helping us move our accounts and setup CDs, checking, saving and CCs. Everyone at the branch has been a pleasure to work with and super supportive.
