My husband and I went there two days ago. Sarah Dolan helped us. She was exceptional in her performance of a routine matter, notarizing papers. Meticulous in her work, she exhibited the highest degree of professional conduct that either of us had witnessed in a long time. I would expect that she will be promoted fairly rapidly. Very impressive employee who reflects well on Chase Bank.
This is a Philippines telephone bank no local support. Take your money elsewhere. Funny how they spend millions to advertise but $0 to actually service the customer.

I understand employees change. But I left non-urgent messages for my advisor starting one week ago and no response. Just called and was told she gone and someone was taking her calls. I said that wasn’t true as I just got her voicemail again, saying she was busy. Phone-answerer didn’t believe me! Will no longer use their advisors.
