I could not do business in this branch except for deposits and withdrawals. Seven years ago my wife and I tried opening additional joint bank accounts and a female employee was rude (professionally unprofessional). She presented us with rules why we cannot open the additional joint accounts. We politely left and went to another branch a mile away and open the accounts without the additional rules.
