I go there a lot and most of the people are really nice. They always have parking and the line is never more than 3 people. They also give free lollipops!

Start with the parking there is none. You have to wait to get a parking space. Every other Branch I go to just needs one form of ID. Even though I've been there before they ask for two forms of ID. I just deposit it a check for $1,600. I wanted to withdraw $1,000 and couldn't. No I don't have a debit card. The lady that's been there for 24 years should retire. The worst service that i ever have. The personal are so rude, racist and not helpful to the costumers. I was needed 3 pages to be printed and stamped and thay didn't want to do that for me as a 10 years chase costumer. This personal are embarrassing Chase bank and disappointing the costumers.

Horrible bank! If you can call it that. I couldn’t use my debit card to make a withdrawal in the branch and was directed to use the ATM outside which was supposed to be a drive thru ATM but no matter how close you pulled up you had to get out to use it. The line consisted of people and cars waiting to use it. Literally people standing in between cars to use the ATM. I thought I was gonna get robbed with all the homeless standing outside flagging down cars.
