The worst Chase I've ever been to. Workers are very lazy and sassy, as if they are doing a favor to the customer, I've been there three times to open an account, they said whatever excuse to not do their work, as "comeback tomorrow because it's already late today", to finally say "you are missing this random requirement to open your account" the third day, however the previous day the girl in the desk said that "I have all the requirements to open it". Had appointment at 4 pm. Was waiting 45 min after 4 pm. They told me I cant open business account because principal address and mailing address are not same. This is stupides answer I heard so far. Was 5 min be4 they close so that was easiest way to tell me " have a nice day I have no time for you even tho I was late on 4 pm appointment by 50 minutes"
Worst bank. Worst service.
