Literally just spent 10 minutes trying to deposit cash. The slot just stayed open for about 2 minutes then shut, sucked in the money about half way, then said oops these items can’t be read. Literally 3 times. So frustrating. Go to any other chase if you’re looking to use an atm bc clearly it has some issues from looking at other reviews as well
Chase Bank has always provided me with excellent service. The staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful whenever I have questions about my accounts. The online and mobile banking are easy to use, which makes managing my finances super convenient. Every visit to the branch has been smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Chase if you’re looking for a reliable bank.
Count me in as another customer who is completely frustrated over the ATM being broken or not stocked. I have driven to this location on too many occasions to find it broken, not accepting a debit card, or with a notice saying it is not fully stocked with bills. I have provided constant feedback to Chase about this issue and they don't seem to care about addressing it.
