This branch needs to be modernized and add additional ATM’s, preferably a drive thru ATM. Literally myself and a line of 4 others waiting 15-20 mins for the ATM to reboot, in the middle of the day!! Staff noticed we were waiting outside. Please JPMC, time to modernize!
Literally just spent 10 minutes trying to deposit cash. The slot just stayed open for about 2 minutes then shut, sucked in the money about half way, then said oops these items can’t be read. Literally 3 times. So frustrating. Go to any other chase if you’re looking to use an atm bc clearly it has some issues from looking at other reviews as well
