I went into this branch with my mother a couple of months ago to open a joint account. As soon as I walked in, a cashier approached and immediately asked for proof of identity—passport or driver’s license—before even greeting me or asking how he could help. There was no “hello,” no attempt at a friendly interaction, and we were never invited to sit down or start the process of opening the account. The interaction felt abrupt and unwelcoming, so we chose to leave and take our business to another bank.
The last few times I was attended by Ernesto who was professional, courteous, and welcoming. The staff have always been excellent as well.
I was there to deposit money and my 5 year old son needed to use the bathroom. We were told it was a security risk to let customers use their bathrooms.
