They hinder Records, I went in person and asked for transactions to Prove Bank Fraud 1344 and violations of Act '33. Didn't get Brokerage Transactions, and other Transactions. They said 5 business days. It Took over 2 Months to receive my brokerage account number with no transactions. Maybe they didn't understand my English.

Excelente servicio al cliente son muy amables.
We had to go into the branch to open a new account but were turned away as "they were too busy and to make an appointment maybe for tomorrow". The staff here is rude. Waited without being greeted or even looked at. There was nobody waiting to be served and nobody in the lobby and there was an employee sitting behind a desk in one of the cubicles doing absolutely nothing. So, we opened the account at a different bank.
