Receptionist here has no people skills. Block and a half away branch at 63rd and main has better staff. Genuinely worth the extra 5 minutes of driving. Staff there, even if an answer you dont want, will work towards understanding whats going on and offer options or worse case condolences. Staff here just stare at you blankly or are otherwise outright rude, offer no help or empathy.
I love their one of assistant MARTHA i got done w my work today evening and she was the one who was helping me She was soo kind so humble such positive personality to work with no aggressive attitude I hope she will get so much success ♥️
Although I didn't get answers that I hoped for; however, one of the bankers took the time to understand my account. I also received help from the bank manager, which helped me greatly.
When I walked in the front desk person asked if I needed help. Asked them to speak to a banker they asked me for why. Explained I wanted to close and account and figure out some Zelle situations that they setup when I opened an account. They sent me to with draw money the lady said I can’t do that there I need a banker then they continue to have me to speak to a banker at the front when more customers are walking in… I asked again expressing my concern if why I couldn’t speak to a banker in the booth.
