After closing a safety deposit box and returning the key, this location continued charging me for the use of the box. I was forced to visit the location to have a locksmith remove the lock even though I had already closed the account. If they can't even keep track of the safety deposit boxes in their own building I'm not sure I'd trust them with my money.
I recently applied for a home equity loan with Lending Advisor Alex Fterniatis and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Joseph Backlund went above and beyond last Saturday. I needed some help with something important and he took the extra time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was pleasant to talk to and very accommodating.

Went through the ATM on a motorcycle (first mistake), the ATMs at this location seem to be to old to work properly, they take 10 min. plus to make a transition, the whole time you're being rained on through an entire roof that is dilapidated, watching it closely making sure a chunk doesn't fall on your head, this bank has had my personal account and mortgage for years, once again, disappointed with the bank and the village for allowing this disaster to be this way, feel like I've paid well for services that are sad at best.
