Although I didn't get answers that I hoped for; however, one of the bankers took the time to understand my account. I also received help from the bank manager, which helped me greatly.
When I walked in the front desk person asked if I needed help. Asked them to speak to a banker they asked me for why. Explained I wanted to close and account and figure out some Zelle situations that they setup when I opened an account. Been customer for decades and always found staff to be helpful and courteous. Lobby is clean and there is seating. Always somebody at front desk to assist a customer. Sometimes a little wait which is understandable. As mentioned I have been pleased with the assistance of the staff!
