When I walked in the front desk person asked if I needed help. Asked them to speak to a banker they asked me for why. Explained I wanted to close and account and figure out some Zelle situations that they setup when I opened an account. Been customer for decades and always found staff to be helpful and courteous. Lobby is clean and there is seating. Always somebody at front desk to assist a customer. Sometimes a little wait which is understandable. As mentioned I have been pleased with the assistance of the staff!
After closing a safety deposit box and returning the key, this location continued charging me for the use of the box. I was forced to visit the location to have a locksmith remove the lock even though I had already closed the account. If they can't even keep track of the safety deposit boxes in their own building I'm not sure I'd trust them with my money.
