Deposited a large check for my business and they placed a 2 week hold with no explanation and said I can't cancel the check. It took 3 phone calls and 1.5 hours on hold to be told they can't help. Insane.
Terrible customer service they're awful and rude and slow and don't know what they're doing. Pulling my Funds from this bank just because I've had so many awful Experiences with these people
