I noticed they were able to get rid of my bad review so let me explain in more detail so this time it sticks. I called this branch and they transfered me to claims but then i was disconnected. I then tried to call back 7 additional times THROUGHOUT the day but it would just ring and ring and hang up on me. I decided to call another branch and they took care of my problem with ease.
I want to give a huge thank you to Daniel Johnson at Chase Bank in Mokena. I was dealing with a really frustrating situation where I wasn’t able to get a refund for a cancelled event and could have lost almost $800. After spending so much time on the phone with different representatives who weren’t able to help, I finally went into the actual bank.
