My deposited paycheck got held without a reason. I called Chase customer service several times and just waited in line then got hung up. So, I went to my closest Chase bank to find help. But they just told me to call Chase customer service. They could not do anything because the transaction was pending. It is like an infinite loop, I could not reach the CS and they asked me to call the CS. Then, I went to this location to see if they can help. Three staff helped to figure out the problem.
