God forbid someone answer a phone. Currently overseas and trying to remedy a problem and nobody seems to hear the phone ringing. Probably be faster to build a raft and float across the Atlantic and then walk from the east coast. Very unprofessional!
Everyone that works there is friendly & treats you like family.
Friendly but never ever answer there phone so if you have a issue might as well get in you’re car because they won’t pick up
Staff is always friendly and app really does make me feel like I'm still in control. I'll never use any other bank
