I transferred several accounts I had with other financial institutions, to this branch, in specific and have been very please with having done. I found Ravi Panchal as the direct advisor and broker with whom I decided, after meeting in person.. that I would like to oversee part of my portfolio with JP Morgan. And work with Officer, Miguel Beltran for the other portion of my accounts with Chase. Today during the deluge, May 27, 2024, I saw a gentleman seek shelter from the pouring rain. The scaffolds were no help as they were leaking on those of us walking under them. This was a torrential storm. The man sought shelter under the entrance to Chase. This was the only dry spot. A bank employee came out and told the gentleman that he could not stand there. The poor guy just walked off into the storm. I will be sure to switch my auto loan from Chase to another lender ASAP.
