My husband and i have been Private clients for many years. We went into do our usual deposits and also brought my two college-age students to open their first non-custodial accounts. Tyler and Sheila were so friendly and professional--they helped the boys and made them feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this bank and location--both the private client services which have features that no other major banks offer, as well as for more general banking needs. 🤩

The teller at the front wouldnt allow a cash deposit because my ID was recently expired but said "if I knew someone who worked there" they'd allow it...very shady way of doing business? So its apparently a policy that can be broken if you know someone? What kind of garbage is that
