Horrible customer service. Teller Erika was very rude and not helpful at all.
Agent walked and asked every customer what they need help with except me
There's no ATM here... it's only an investment branch...
Customer service is extremely poor. PR training should be completed by lobby staff. They do not even try to understand customer’s concerns. Instead of calling their Chase experts to get a help, they tell customers to call 800 number and talk to an AI hosts!!!!!!
