The teller at the front wouldnt allow a cash deposit because my ID was recently expired but said "if I knew someone who worked there" they'd allow it...very shady way of doing business? So its apparently a policy that can be broken if you know someone? What kind of garbage is that
Agree, customer service is very poor.
Horrible customer service. Teller Erika was very rude and not helpful at all.
