Broken drive thru ATM
Usually, I just come to the branch for the ATM machine. However, I had an appointment scheduled by the bank to meet a banker recently. No one greeted me and three other folks who were also looking to speak with someone. We saw a couple of bankers but ignoring us. We all ended up sitting there waiting but not sure for what. I walked into the bank, looking for assistance. I have been a Chase customer for over 20 years. Granted it was not my branch however I am at work and I had my lunch hour, and I had some questions and needed some answers.
