Broken drive thru ATM
Usually, I just come to the branch for the ATM machine. However, I had an appointment scheduled by the bank to meet a banker recently. No one greeted me and three other folks who were also looking to speak with someone. We saw a couple of bankers but ignoring us. We all ended up sitting there waiting but not sure for what. I walked into the bank, looking for assistance. I have been a Chase customer for over 20 years. Granted it was not my branch however I am at work and I had my lunch hour, and I had some questions and needed some answers. Not all Chase banks are the same I was greeted by basically a person Just wanted to know your business Could direct you to another person if she felt she could help you she will go in the order they feel they want to go in as well This is a great place to just use the ATM other than that.
