Went into cash a $25,000 check and was basically dismissed and told that they didn’t have the money but wouldn’t assist me in finding a local chase branch or calling the branches for me in their internal phones. And basically just told me to consult Google to find local branches.
Its all about efficiency. NOT! Horribly rude staff and even worse management. They really don't want customers and it shows. Keep up the diligent efforts of being horrible.
