Actually getting in contact with a live person is incredibly complicated. I need to set an in person appointment for a non customer but the process is ridiculous and next to impossible. Actual and literal CUSTOMER SERVICE is a joke.
Casey Tear was hands down most incredible banker we have ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, funny, patient, & incredibly transparent. It was obvious that he takes a great deal of pride in his work & truly made us feel as though our goals were the most important thing. He took his time to lay out all our options help us make sure we were doing what was most advantageous for us & that we understood the process completely. This bank and the people working at this branch are a complete joke. This was my second experience coming in for help with my banking, and once again nobody was willing or able to assist. The staff seemed completely unhelpful and uninterested in resolving anything. I decided to give this branch another chance after my first bad experience, but never again. I would strongly discourage anyone from wasting their time dealing with this location.
Jessica cotton is an incredibly nice banker. I didn’t have an appointment , but she didn’t take any breaks to fit me in her schedule . This is an amazing g bank with people like Jessica who care
