They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return messages. I don’t even think they know what they’re doing.
The treatment we received here was disgustingly. Do not recommend this branch
Everyone here is amazing except the branch manager. She rudely discriminated against me based off of my age and ethnicity. I asked to get a certified check for a larger dollar amount which was in my account. She chose not to override it due to her own personal discriminative reasons.
John there was super helpful!!
Rude and not helpful. Hung up on me. Seems like Chase is a haven for employees who need a lot of customer relation training.
