This branch never answers their phone. Chase corporate said they have no other phone number to the branch, so they gave me an email address instead. But this branch also doesn't answer their emails. So there is literally no way to contact this branch aside from going there in person.
They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return messages. I don’t even think they know what they’re doing.
The treatment we received here was disgustingly. Do not recommend this branch
Everyone here is amazing except the branch manager. She rudely discriminated against me based off of my age and ethnicity. I asked to get a certified check for a larger dollar amount which was in my account. She chose not to override it due to her own personal discriminative reasons.
