Trust the reviews on this one. This particular location is poorly managed with no focus on customer service or relationship. There are much better options, especially for high net worth individuals. The leadership from the branch manager down is lacking with respect to accountability and performance. Such a disappointing experience.
This has to be the worst Chase branch in the city..Tellers are rude, they are unable to answer a question and tell you to call the 800 number..I've even received wrong information from tellers at this branch..Stay away from this branch.
Many not great experiences and never a banker available to help sort it out. Save your time and go somewhere else.
This Branch is only good at taking payments. They are not helpful with questions that require work to be done. They always try to give you a number to call. Today when I said I called the number you gave me and they sent the wrong info. they told me they still couldn't help. So I called Chase and they assured me the branch was able to help. So why did they not help me? Lazy Branch. Do better.
