Very helpful, very polite and fast service
Worst Chase bank in Sussex County. Looked up online to see if they were open and they were. Drove all the way there today and there is a sign on the door that says “temporarily closed.” All the bankers were sitting outside in their cars just looking at me. Absolutely bizarre. Waste of my time and waste of my fuel.

Thank you Linda for your help processing two certified checks last week, despite the computer crashing constantly and creating a bunch of problems for us. Really appreciate your help in a pinch.
My wife’s bag was stolen /misplaced with her cc, cellphone, wallet, etc whoever took it had complete access to the account as the card and cellphones are connected through apps etc. 1900 dollars was used and the bank told me they can not refund it. Banks are supposed to protect our money I would highly recommend using any other Avenue besides chase bank the customer service is terrible
