I was having so much trouble with chase online and over the phone trying to resolve an issue to help my father who has dimentia. They took time here when I knew they were busy. Long story, but they were understanding. Much appreciated.
Awesome staff
I usually don't leave bad reviews but every time I come here for notary I get upset and the same thing happens. I ask for a notary somebody says "you have to wait" in a slightly rude manner with no other info and then I watch as notaries go about their business and make me wait for insanely long stretches. Today I waited for 15 minutes while one guy had a clearly non urgent phone call with a colleague that lasted for the entire time I was there. He could have easily notarized while on the phone given the nature of the call. ... read more
