The Taylor need to learn how to respect customers
I was having so much trouble with chase online and over the phone trying to resolve an issue to help my father who has dimentia. They took time here when I knew they were busy. Long story, but they were understanding. Much appreciated. Follow up: 5/16/2026 - I wish I could give another 5 stars or more. The gentleman that helped that I now remiss not asking his name.. helped us tremendously. He was also so sympathetic to us. I am honestly sincerely grateful.
