Very friendly teller and security guard.
VERY HELPFUL STAFF. WENT DURING COVID-19, most people were on lunch. I needed to speak to someone about making a large purchase on my debit card. The young lady at the teller station told me to wait for a guy named Roy who was already with someone else (which is fine). She went out of her way to look for another employee for me, but everyone was on break. Then she went to her manager, a nice white woman, to come and help me. Came to use the atm today and found all 3 machines were damaged.
The Indian lady who works there is very unfriendly and micro aggressive. I won’t consider keeping an relationship with a bank that the employees think they are the client of the customers, there are tones of other options.
