Never in my life had I been treated so badly I was on a video call and a bank employee came out to tell me that I didn't insult them and he even threatened to take me out in no time I know if that's normal but such violent employees shouldn't have them working

Had an appt for 0930 waited 10 minutes past, no one helped. Don't expect them to help you.
