This is one of the most welcoming banks that I have ever been to. Friendly staff, fast service, very accommodating.
I was sent to the branch by phone staff to update some paperwork. I was told by tellers that I would need to wait for someone in the back. After much back and fourth they told me to fax the papers and they do not have a fax themselves. How can they be directing me to send paperwork to themselves via means they themselves do not possess?
