I was sent to the branch by phone staff to update some paperwork. I was told by tellers that I would need to wait for someone in the back. After much back and fourth they told me to fax the papers and they do not have a fax themselves. How can they be directing me to send paperwork to themselves via means they themselves do not possess? I’ve been going to this branch for 7 years and never had a bad experience
They never seem to answer their phone it goes straight to ...we're busy please call back . I tried 6 times on Saturday and just called and as they just opened can't imagine that they are so busy but they still don't pick up
