Great teller experience and officer Salinas was exceptional explaining certain options and how to better utilize the Chase App. She answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me.
Tried to cash a check from State farm and was told that they could not cash it do to not having an account with them but State farm has an account with you so why didn't you cash the check and then he tried saying that they're having problems with the checks from State farm you are a bank you should be ashamed State farm is your client if they only knew that you weren't cashing their checks because you've had problems with them shame on you to the manager on duty on September 15th at 2:00 p.m. on Bandera and 1604
