Horrible service! The system they have is ignorant! On top no tellers and they have a list to sign in as you come in but they don’t even go based on that!!! Worst bank in garland ever! They need to close this bank immediately.

I would have to agree that the service is not good. I have signed up for a phone meeting two different times and no one has called me like they were supposed to. If you call the branch number, you get put to the main automated line. I'm going to try a different branch.
