Customer friendly and nice. Have had no issues. Might spend a little time if you are looking for an unscheduled meeting with a manager. However everything else is excellent so far.
Came to this branch I guess they just have their own rules. I went to another chase bank with a check that I needed to deposit for my son who is a minor. This bank said you cannot deposit it. It’s too large of an amount so how is it that other branches are taking the check depositing it with no issues they really need to read up on their policies and Learn what’s new and what’s changed before refusing service. Definitely not going back here anymore. This has happened twice already.
