The branch manager Brianne Lott is the worst person you can encounter with at a bank where the sole purpose is manage YOUR OWN money. It appears in her mind she is running a one person bank and treating people as she fits. To the point that she can decide to close your account because she CAN! It is beyond me Chase can employ someone like this person.
