This branch is among the most poorly managed I’ve ever experienced in banking. Brianne has been consistently ineffective and incapable and Jason has shown the same level of under-qualified performance. Their Tellers lack even basic knowledge and there has not been a single instance where this branch has handled things correctly. I strongly recommend staying far away.
The worst financial institution I've ever had the grand displeasure of dealing with in over 30 years. Nothing but mistakes, bad customer service, incapable associates, unknowledgeable associates. It's an absolute circus. Highly DO NOT recommend.
This bank has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They apply numerous fees that are not clearly outlined in the contract, creating constant and unnecessary issues with my account. Customer service is shockingly poor; after countless emails, phone calls, and follow-ups, no one responds, including branch management. A phenomenal experience from the very first time I walked through the door and opened my account, and every day since. Jason Eberhardt is truly a master of his craft. The entire staff is professional, personable, and friendly, making this bank one that not only lives up to its reputation but exceeds it. Awesome Acct. features, options and benefits. I am beyond impressed. Highly recommended, and I’ll be here to stay. By far the greatest bank in the area.
