My employer has a payroll account with this bank. My employer owed me hours and wrote me a check. I was charged $10 to obtain my check! Terrible service! Too much!! To be charging a small check! Glad I bank with RBFCU!
Very good bank
Great customer service and very nice people I would absolutely stay with this bank and I honestly got my situation figured out with awesome people a guy greeted me and my mom as we walked in and was very nice and the lady name Rocio Ruiz that helped me she was really nice as well I give this bank 5 stars I thank yall from the bottom of my heart for the help with my account
Too slow, one teller in the drive thru side , one on the walk in side, manager just stood there not doing much
