Went in to make a payment and was told all Chase locations’ systems were down. Called another nearby Chase and they said they were up and running. Wasted my time and gave me wrong information.
I had a disappointing experience at this bank on June 3rd, 2026 at approximately 1:30 pm, I felt that I was treated differently because of my appearance and clothing.
